Since 1953, we have continued our journey with a commitment to local production and sustainability. In this direction, we made a major investment and significantly increased our production capacity. By raising our new facility investment from the planned 220 million TL to 250 million TL, we successfully increased our daily milk processing capacity tenfold. We now have the ability to process 50 tons of milk per day.
Thanks to this major step, we have both expanded our product range and made our logistics processes much more efficient.
According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) December 2024 data, commercial milk production in Türkiye increased from 896,257 tons in November to 942,928 tons by the end of December. As Emirgan Sütiş, we have been an active part of this growth. With our natural and additive-free products, we have strengthened our presence in the market.
While continuing natural buffalo and cow milk production at our Sütiş Farm in Vize, Kırklareli — established on a 50-decare area — we made a new investment to make the best use of these raw materials. In our new factory located in Beylikdüzü Kavaklı, Istanbul, covering 5,500 m², we are operating with a team of 150 people.
In our facility with a daily capacity of processing 50 tons of milk, we are currently producing 25 tons. This represents a significant potential in our growth journey.
In our new factory, we have elevated hygiene and quality standards to the highest level. With Danish climate control systems, we preserve our milk and dairy products in their most natural state. In this facility, where we offer a wide range of products—from fermented dairy products to traditional desserts—our automatic filling and packaging systems ensure maximum success in both freshness and shelf life.
Our investment has significantly improved not only our production power but also our logistics efficiency. Thanks to our new facility, we have achieved up to a 500% increase in logistics efficiency. This allows us to deliver our products to consumers much faster, fresher, and safer.
