The Foundations of Sütiş
The roots of the brand go back to 1953, when a young and ambitious Mevlüt Kocadağ branched out from the family business to open the first “Sütiş” shop in Istanbul’s Nişantaşı neighborhood. This marked the beginning of the brand, which is now known as Emirgan Sütiş.
A New Beginning in Taksim
As a milestone in its half-century history of perfecting desserts, Sütiş opened a new branch in Taksim in 1982.
A Milestone: The Third Branch Opens in Emirgan
With the opening of a new branch in Emirgan on the Bosporus, the brand gained recognition as Emirgan Sütiş.
Farming for Natural Goodness
In 2010, we established Sütiş Farm on a 5-hectare estate in Vize, Kırklareli, to ensure we use our own farm-fresh milk in all our products and proudly maintain the natural quality and traditional flavors that define our brand.
First Step of Our Franchise Journey
Our growth trend entered a new era with the opening of our first franchise branch in Adana.
Carrying Our Legacy to the Future
Today, with over 20 branches across Türkiye and internationally, we continue to grow steadily. During this journey, we set up our own dairy production facility, which enhanced our craftsmanship and increased our capacity — and new partnerships enable us to carry the Sütiş legacy forward.
