In the new episode of our “Masterful Touches” series, we prepared aşure together with our Kitchen Coordinator, Turgay Özdemir, who has been with us for over 20 years, and discussed both the historical and spiritual aspects of this tradition. One of the most important aspects we pay attention to during aşure production is the freshness and naturalness of the ingredients used. This enhances both the flavor and the nutritional value of our aşure.
