Your personal data obtained by Sütiş is obtained through the website, various contracts, mobile applications, electronic mail, application forms and processed based on the legal reasons listed in Article 5 of the Law.

Your personal data processed are as follows:

• Identity Data: Name-surname, T.R. Identity/Tax Identity Number, gender, place and date of birth, age, profession, place of registration, etc.
• Contact Details: E-mail address, phone, mobile phone, address, etc.
• Transaction Security Data: IP address, monitoring records, etc.
• Legal Procedure and Compliance Data: Information and decisions from judicial/administrative authorities etc.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data has been processed, to request information if it has been processed, to request correction or deletion, to learn whether it has been transferred to third parties, to object, and to request compensation for damages.
